Natalie and Lukas, two architects from Czech Republic. They love design and nature and have always dreamed of having their own business. Lukas had been working at a friend’s microgreens farm as a side hustle whilst working full time as an designer and fell in love with everything about growing microgreens. After the first lockdown, his friends decided to let the business go and so an opportunity to start a new venture came up..
Microgreens urban farming connected it all for them – the passion for sustainable living, creating, nature, and realising their full potential. And so after some brainstorming, risk assessments, and little business plan but huge enthusiasm, they decided to go all in!
Our Story
Our favourite materials are natural ones. That’s the reason we have chosen to use organic soil as a growing medium, sun as a natural light and no harmful spray and chemicals. It’s the harder path, since it is very weather dependent and subject to changes in temperature and humidity, but we believe that it’s the way to go. The message we want to share is to stick to tradition and to remember how is food meant to be grown.
We take our customers very seriously and listen to their needs and feedback. We aim to provide the best quality and freshest product to help them create their magic and elevate their menus not just visually but also nutritionally.
